Project phases

The Agri-Food Innovation Center involves four phases of planned development:

PHASE I

Development plans that will result in thousands of jobs

Blight reduction through safe, pedestrian friendly design of the entire site.

Produce Market. Local availability of fresh produce on a daily basis.

Delivery of educational resources and programs.

Access to new entertainment venues.

Recreational amenities and open space for community gatherings.
